Hey y'all!

For those of you who followed my blog before, I'm back! And for those of you who are new, here's a little about me.

My name is Mallory, but most people call me Mal, Mal Schmal, whatever floats your boat.

I'm from a small southern town, born and raised.

Nothing gets much better than sweet tea and homemade biscuits.

I'm a little too addicted to pinterest.

I have the best friends and family a person could ask for.

I love going to the lake and skiing. And I will live on the lake one day.

I have the cutest puppy in the world..I may be a little biased..;)

I'm a competitive cheerleader at my high school..

which takes up most of my time, but when I'm not cheering I work at an after school program at my church, which is very entertaining.

I'm about to start my senior year of high school, so I'm getting back into blogging so that I can share and look back on all of the exciting things that will happen in the year to come, and then whatever comes after that!

Hello Summer!

It's finally summer!

Sorry I haven't blogged in a while..I'm such a procrastinator and got behind on all of my projects for the last week of school. But I'm done! And I'm officially a Junior! :)

That's definitely going to take me a while to get used to saying!

So here's what's been going on the last few weeks..

Last Thursday we had our Anchor Club Mother Daughter Banquet.

(Anchor Club is a community service club that you have to apply and then be chosen to get in to.)

Everyone dresses up for it and we eat and have a speaker..so here's some pictures from that!

 And then that weekend I went to the lake with my family. We put the boat in for the first time this year which is always exciting. After it finally quit raining, we went to the boat ramp and the boat wouldn't crank..just our luck!

Luckily it cranked and it was warm enough to ski :)

Mother's Day

Hey Yall!

This week is finally a little calmer than the past 2 weeks!

Only 7 more days of school!

(Hopefully..if I exempt finals!)

Which means 2 tests and 3 projects until I am a Junior! :)

I am SOO ready for summertime!

Update!

Hey guys!

I'm sorry I've been such a terrible blogger lately! Yes, I am still alive!

With it getting close to the end of the school year, my weeks are CRAZY. And this week is the worst. I'll try to post again this week, but if I don't, I definetly will next week.

Wavy Hair..Please!

So...I have really straight hair and I've always wished it was curly..

My mom and sister both have curly hair and I've always been so jealous!

In like 5th grade I even begged my mama to let me get a perm but she wouldn't let me. So for years I've been trying to figure out how to make my hair do the "scrunched" look that everyone does when they don't feel like fixing their hair or the "beach waves".

NOTHING would work!

So this week I think I finally figured out a way!

I french braided my hair wet and let it dry over night. In the morning I took it down and put some gel in it and it worked pretty good!

Do yall have any tips on how to do it?

I would LOVE to hear them!

Today me and my friend Courtney went to visit Amy..

I met Amy in kindergarten and then we went to different schools and met up again in high school and we're best friends again!

Anyways, Amy had surgery last week so we went to hangout with her and hopefully make her recovery a little less boring :)

We took her these cards with some ice cream :)

She was doing great and it was so much fun hanging out together!
