Pep Talk: Hey! Stop that. No pining, ruing, or worrying allowed. If you’re stuck on something that already happened or if you’re imagining something that may never happen, knock it off. You have better things to do and think about, like how cute you are and how helpful you could be to someone who needs you. Get active. You have a lot to offer so step into the present and serve it up.
